Here’s a great piece of advice, from an old man (36 years older than you!).
As long as you are being respectful, then honesty is the always the right way. If you like her a lot, say “I like you a lot.” If you love her, then say “I love you.” It takes a REAL MAN to be honest. Anything less than honest is being a coward.
What’s going to make you look “stupid” and/or “screw it up” is NOT being honest with your feelings.
Today (Christmas Eve) or tomorrow (Christmas Day) would be PERFECT times to say the words. She’ll remember them for the rest of her life, I promise.
