How can I take out my anger? I tried a punching bag and broke it. I tried a stress ball and broke it. I tried to talk to somebody and that did not help either.
do you drink? drugs? I mean have you thought about yoga or meditation? have you thought about actually fighting? amateur UFC or boxing? I have found that getting my stuff kicked helps with my anger way more than if I hurt someone else? I like it when women dominate and slap me it relaxes me completely I dont know friend these are just some ideas that work for me, hope they help.
schedule an appointment with your doctor and talk to them about your anger. perhaps a blood test should be done? they'll most likely refer you to a psychiatrist so if you know of a good one, make an appointment with them.
this was happening to meh before. I used to always be angry so I when tto the doctor, and it turns out that when I have an adrinaline I let it out in anger. so SEE A DOCTOR!
take deep breaths, count from 1 to 10,100(depending on how angry), meditate, ask yourself how this anger is benificial and use your reason
Perhaps see a doctor for some medication.
