How can I start waking up earlier?!

I have to be out the door by 8:15am for school each day. I always end up waking up at 8am and having no time to eat breakfast, do my hair, pack my bag, or even have a drink. I’m a really deep sleeper and its hard to wake me up, or to keep me awake! Any suggestions on how to make myself wake up around 7:15?

haha I make my clock say an hour after so it says 8:00 instead of 7:00 and it would scare the crap uot of me and then you’d have more time to get ready

Make sure your alarm clock is really loud and then put it across the room. That way you have to get out of bed to turn it off. I used to turn mine off in the middle of the night while sleeping. Putting it across the room helped with that too.

Set your alarm clock for whatever time you want to get up. Or have your parents wake you up.

ok its going to sound wierd but the longer you stay up the faster and better you can wake up. try staying up till midnight in your room watching tv or something

I agree with both and done both haha, but I’ve heard that if you tap your head like seven times, before you go to bed, then you wake up at seven, and if you tap your head six times, you wake up at six!? weird isnt it!?..also I set my alarm and either put it under my pillow so its proper loud, or put it at the other side of the room so I have to get up and turn it off, by that time, you know you have to get ready! hope it helps x
