How can I sleep?

Lately I have been getting up later and later, and going to bed later and later. Went to bed at 5am last night, got up at 1pm today. I have to leave for work tomorrow morning at 8am, (get up at 7) how can I minimalise sleepiness tomorrow morning?

This is what I do when I start doing that. I go to sleep when ever I pass out, but I make sure to put an alarm to wake me up early(usually two alarms).Then I go the whole day whit out a nap that way I go to sleep early. But make sure you still keep an alarm until you get use to waking up early.

This question is weirding me out. If you have to get up early, you have to go to bed early. imnsho its not rocketscience…

7 o’clock rise means go to bed at 10 or 11 pm, simple…

you have simply developed a bad sleep routine and you need to re-orientate yourself to ‘normal’ sleeping hours…there’s only one way to do that, and that’s to go to bed, you may not sleep straight away, but you HAVE to get up…I am TERRIBLE at getting up, I had to get a radio alarm clock and have it sooo loud to wake me!

once your getting up early…no matter how zombie’ish you feel, you will be tired in the evening…and eventually you will get a good sleep pattern back…

don’t nap during the day and make sure you have a relaxing bath before you go to bed, nothing that stimulates your mind…and hopefull with a long day at school / work, getting up early and eating a good meal before bed you’ll be ZZZzzz in no time! :)
