It is fairly easy…
You need to know a ittle about the HTML language (Hyper Text Markup Language) in order to create web pages. It is plain text intertwined with codes called TAGS; these are what you will have to learn. The World Wide Web (WWW) can help. One of the sites that I have found most useful is at http://members.aol.com/klbertness/html.htm?f=fs; but you may prefer to start with the basics at http://www.htmlgoodies.com/primers/primer_1.html .
You can also find several programs on the Internet that will allow you to write a SIMPLE webpage and host it without your knowing any HTML; and some of them are free.
If you write your own webpage, you will also need to find a host and get it on their computer. But when you are ready I will tell you more.
