How can I get my hair ash blonde?

my hair is medium blonde with highlights I want it light blonde not yellow blonde… I want ashblonde like almost to white,but you could tell is not white but blonde

ash blonede and platinum do not mean the same thing. in the hair industry ash means green. if you put it an ash color it will have a green tint. in order to get that cool platinum blonde you have to tone with a nuetral or violet shade.

With HiLit if goes yellow instead of ash how can you clean the yellowish is it with, do bleaching again or just use 10.1 color with 20 valum?
