They’re called kegals actually, and yes you can make your vagina tighter if you do these exercises on a daily basis. Start with about three sets of ten kegals (tightening of the muscles down there) a day, then move up to 3 sets of 15 a day, then 20, etc..keep increasing how many and how often you do them and you will start to feel it after about a month.
