I'm a 14 year old female. I currently weigh 144lbs. I want to weigh 115. I'm 5-4 (height) I also want to have a flat stomache and legs for a 2-piece bathing suit. I've been running a mile and a half on my tredmil and I've been eating better but I have a slow metabolism and nothing is working for me. Is there anything I can do?
