How can I get over a guy I recently broke up with?

Me and the guy I really like just broke up like 3 days ago and its effected me really terribly my friends worry about me I’ve stopped cutting myself when I was with him but now hes gone I cut myself again and THE WORST PART is I’ll just start crying randomly like I’ll be in a big group of people and I’ll just start crying because I thought about him how can I stop cutting myself and stop crying everytime I see something or hear something that makes me think of him or just in general think of him because I can’t stop and it’s just so embarressing and I wanna stop!

Get help for the cutting/depression would be my first advice. My second advice would be to start dating other guys. There are plenty of fish in the sea. And if he does love you then he will come back when he sees he has lost you. Havent you heard>> you dont know what you have got til its gone!!!.. So let him find out what he has lost. Also cutting yourself and having random out burst wont make you more attractive to him … it will make you look clingy and desperate for him. Which is a total turn off for guys.

The fact is if it was searious chances are your going to be hurt but make the best instead of seeing this as a bad thing look at it from a different angle c this as an opportunity. Now that you know he’s not “the one” take time to decide what didn’t work and what you really want in a man then take that knowledge and a few of your friends and go have fun with your single life being single can be some of the funest times you’ll have go out be free and meet men date around at first study these men and don’t settle for any less than perfect for you.
