How can I get "Majesty" to work?

I’ve recently bought “Majesty gold addition” form Steam for 9.99 [I have Windows XP]. When I try to boot the game up, it crashes almost immediatly. Heres what I have tried: 1.disableing music files 2.using ‘run compadibility’ with Windows 95 and Windows 98.

I got it working. For WindowsXP users, here is what usally solves the problem: Right click on the Majesty desktop icon. Click properties, and under shortcut, in the bar that says Target, type, “ -nointro”.

whats the spec of your system?

to run the game yuo need:

OS: Windows 2000/XP/Vista Processor: Pentium II 233 MHz Memory: 32 Mb RAM (128 Mb for 3-4 player games) Graphics: 2 Mb Video Card DirectX Compatible DirectX®: 7.0 or higher Hard Drive: 600 Mb free Sound: DirectX compatible Sound Card

which im guessing you surpass as nobody runs these type of specs anymore :o

try running it without steam running… start - then click the majesty .exe

if thats not poss and I know a lot of games arent… right click majesty from teh steam - games and right click majesty and see if theres a setup option in teh right click menu… if there is set everything to bare minimum.. run the game in the lowest resolution as this is a big prob with older games
