I'm 13 and Everyone tells me I'm very skinny and I'm getting low self esteem. I really want to gain weight .. But how can I do it ? Healthily though . Please help me .
at 13 your going through puberty, and should get a growth spurt soemtime soon so you will end up putting a bit of weight on from puberty but other ways are to eat more foods full of carbs, like pasta and bread and if you exerscise often, exerscise a little less so your body can put a bit of fat on
