How can I gain weight as quickly as possible?

Im 15 years and im really thin im 164 cm and I weight only 45 kg / 101 pounds Anybody have an idea of gaining weight as quickly as possible but without anything outside home… Help

How to GAIN weight?

well first off its not going to happen quick just like loosing weight, gaining weight back on also happens gradually your don’t want to just go out and eat junk food all day and get unhealthy you want to gain it back slowly, not all at once otherwise you can cause more problems start by doing less exercise, or if you can, none at all but the basic things, walking around, hobbies, ect and add more fatty foods to your diet add things like pasta and meats and junk food often (but not too often) eat things that are high in carbs and fat and if you don’t eat too often or don’t eat many meals in a day try to eat more frequently say try to eat something every 2-4 hours (even if its just a snack)

try eating eggs with 1 glass of milk or if you are vegetarian than you avoid eggs,,,just eat milk with 4 badams I.e almonds,,4 kajus I.e cashewnuts. after half and hr use butter with bread,,,mayonesse with bread, yr lunch in between dinner and lunch have pastas or pizzas,burgers,anything with fats. after dinner drink juice or ice creams.

Eat A LOT of junkfood. Pizza, chips, anything with fat in it. If you take the depo shot, it makes you hungry and I mean hungry and it also helps you gain weight. Im on it but once I hit 200, I am sooo off. I was 140 before I got on and now I am 187 and its only been 9 months which is a shot every three months so I only had three shot so far…
