  really long they hold your lip and stick it through! I was about to get snake bytes (lip piercings) and when I saw the needle you know what I did? I yelled out wtf is that don't get it near me!

  its actually very thin,but there a different sizes,theres 1.2,1.4,1.6 and it depend hoe big you want your hole to me...the needle is hollow and has a pointed end on one side
