Can you take a hosepipe and put it on the tap in your bathroom.take it to your brothers room. Switch the tap on and see your brother get soked in his bed?!!!

That will only work if your tap has an attachment on it that will allow you to connect the hose.

Just so you know…this kind of behaviour will almost definitely have repercussions…if not by your parents, then be wary of your brother…vengeance is a nasty thing.
