on aim, how do you open up the buddy list if it doesnt automatically pop up? my friend just joined and she cant figure it out, and I dont know how. so we cant chat!!
Is it the web-based application, or did she download it?
If it's web-based, there's a launch button on the website, but if it was downloaded, then it will be in her start menu under "programs".
