If you're 5'6 and 113 lbs with a decent amount of muscle, can you be fat? I know this is a very annoying question, but when I look in the mirror I see fat (just all around) and weird proportions and just ugly. But this is not a lot to weigh, am I right? I am more than decently in shape too, though I did gain a couple pounds in the past week (that I think all went to my tummy) I feel like I look fatter than people who are even obviously bigger than I am. Can you have body dysphmorphia while knowing you have body dysmorphia? Or am I really just as big as I think I look..? I know this is a hard question to answer because you dont know waht I look like, but based on my height and weight ..?
I have fought with weight problem all my life. I noticed years ago I tend to see myself as I was. When I lost weight I still saw the fat. Unfortunately, when I gained, I didn't retain the image of the "skinny" guy. From height and weight scales you are a couple of pounds underweight. And most of us seem to have areas that attract the extra pounds we put on, sometimes its the love handles, sometime the bottom and sometimes the stomach. Don't worry too much about it, be pleased with who you are.
Hope this helps:

Nope - you're actually a couple of pounds UNDER weight. The healthy weight for you, based on your height, is between 115 - 154 lbs.
I've been eating healthy and exercising, and im back to 110 now. funny how that works... lol
