The healthiest way of getting a sun-kissed glow is to fake tan, spray tan etc. Tanning beds are just simply burning your skin cells and UV rays can cause skin cancer as you must have heard of? Well then it would be sitting out in the sun (sunbathing) because that is also making your skin harder and less vibrant. I personally recommend spray tans, their amazing and always look fresh, they last for 2-3 weeks which for me is perfect, but tbh, they only look best when your not tangoed! Also I would say sunbathing is pretty good as when you get a REAL tan, you can just rub it in that it isn't fake! aha :-)
Actually, I think the healthiest tan is shadow tan. Like if you sit not in the direct sun, but still get tan from the light of the sky...
It will of course not be as intense as sun tan. But it will stay longer.
If I go and lie in the sun for two days, I will turn dark brown but it will be gone in a month.
If I sit in the shades of trees or a parasol but still outside I will still tan, but light brown not dark. But that tan stays on me until January. And My doc said it's better for my skin.
I think the one that is better is sitting ou in the sun tanning. It is healthier, just make sure that you put some sun screen on so you wont get sun burn. Also remember if you get sun burn alot that increases the risk of skin cancer. I think the worst thing to do is go in the tanning bed because if you go to much than u have a big risk of skin cancer, and will have lots of wrinkles! Hope i helped!
I agree! We all need daily sunshine! Sit outside 15min-1hr daily....unless you have a sunburn then skip it til you're healed. Don't overdo the sun or you will harm your skin!
Of course the sunless tanning spray or lotion is the best and then would be out sitting in the sun.
with a cream/lotion or spray that tans you.
