What is going on with me and my health?

Okay I am 19 years old and im having some weird things going on..i was diagnosed with a mild case of scoliosis a couple months ago and my neck is completely straight from a car wreck and has gotten worse over the years..”cervical kyphosis” is what the call it i think and im seeing a chiropractor 3 times a week to fix it. But anyway I don’t know if all that is causing this, ive been getting terrible headaches on my left side, and i have a lil bit of paralysis on my left side as well and it tingles and hurts all the time. My left ear has a full feeling and my tongue is having muscle spasms. And i have this horrible pressure in my head and my sinuses and both of my ears having been ringing, and also i am seeing “eye halo” with my vision, and now the spasm and pain if spreading over my left chest, and I am exhausted all the time and feel like im in a haze all the time from being lightheaded along with it, this has been going on for months and no doctor can tell me what is going on, my blood work looks normal, nothing in my CT scan ect…And also my left lymph node is swollen. Is anyone having these symptoms? what is going on with me?
