thers this guy and hes told me that he really really likes me. and my friend told him I liked him too. But he hasnt asked me out yet ! weve kissed and held hands we hang out a lot but does he like me or does he like someone else more ? because its been a while and he still hasnt asked me out.

maybe he was expecting to just hang out,, kiss,, cuddle whatever without asking you out. he might want a just a “more than friends” friendship without having a Girl Friend.
