Hate Crime

No its an act of terrorism. A Hate crime is one where you physically attack a person based on something you don’t specifically like about them (race, religion, sexual orientation, etc).

Who knows, perhaps a few of the soldiers would be muslim as well that may have been harmed if the plot had gone through. Obviously, the terrorists hate america and what they perceive its doing in the middle east. That is the basis for the crime.

Obviously you don’t like the hate-crime legislation wending its way through congress now. I find it interesting that the existing hate-crime law was acceptable, but now it has become unacceptable to conservatives since ‘sexual orientation’ has been added to it.

So based on that fact, I suppose conservatives think its ok to physically harm people if they are gay?? And if not, why do you think the hate crimes extension legislation is bad? Why is it ok to “beat up” gay people?
