Some cash does have braille on it….ours does (or did) I haven’t actually handled cash in so long, I don’t know anymore, lol
I have multiple people in my family who are visually imparred and they have an excellent memory for how much they have in their wallet and in what order. They also fold certian corners of the bills to remind them which it is. For change, the learned the weight and the feel of the edging on the coins.
