It is made of rubbing alcohol. By putting it all over youyr face it would dry your skin pretty bad but by using a qtip and dabbing it on the blemish it can help dry it out. Does it work for everyone, no but it does work for some people.

no, hand sanitizer helps to get rid of germs on your hands it doesnt help stop or prevent acne
