use a volumizing shampoo.conditioner and spray blowdry your hair upside down and that will boost the roots.

I do it all the time.I also have extreemly thin hair.

take prenatal vitamins they help yur hair and nails and everything else its a big bottle for ke 6 7 dollars at walmart

u can start using pantene the one thats to make your hair look fuller..its awesome! you can also start teasing it.
