It depends on if you have multiple piercings, how big and where. Iif it’s a multiple piercings it is very distracting and that’s all I can see.

I wouldn’t place it in either of of the extremes of “super hot” or “trashy.” If chosen well, it can be a wonderful accessory. If not, it can be distracting or off-putting. For me personally, it barely registers anymore.

There’s nothing wrong with ANY piercing on a guy OR a girl. As long as they’re done professionally and properly taken care of, it’s all good. It’s not trashy or scary or anything like that. It’s no one else’s business. Get piercings because YOU want them, not to “look cool” or impress anyone. If you want them, don’t worry about if others will like itor not. Your body, your choice. if someone doesn’t like it, oh well to them. If a guy wouldn’t go out with you because you were pierced then he needs to get a f*cking life and isn’t worth your time. True friends/lovers would be able to accept you as you are and not except you to change for them.
