You need to have your Dr. as we are not able to diagnose your problem. It sounds like it could be several things–maybe a swollen lymph node, they can get pretty big at times. Have you been ill recently, maybe with mono? Or are you ill now?

The other I can thing of off the top of my head could be maybe a fatty tumor(which is no where as nasty as it sounds–theyre normally harmless). Maybe even a ganglian cyst. They occur and can get to be a fairly good size I believe. But as I said, you will need to see your Dr to really know what it is. (=
