Your baby is going to stay in your stomach until he/she is ready to come out regardless of what you do. It is the safest place for them and unless you are already full term (40 weeks) you should not be trying to induce labor. There are things that can help labor move faster once you start having contractions (you can have them weeks before you actually have the baby), like walking and sex (although at 13 sex is what got you into trouble in the first place).
ahh that makes much more sense. Good luck to ur sis! It is normal for woman to go over their due dates just a little, just make sure shes ready when it happens and ur not rushing to the hospital with her screaming her lungs off!!!
You go into labour when it's time....there are no good ways to start labour. Exercise will help ease labour, but it won't instigate it.
