oh ok , im off to bed now but when i come back online tomorrow night, ill get my phone bluetooth and i’ll give you a list of songs i use when excercising, they’re really motivating and make you WANT TO dance in your seat , perfect for doing sit ups, really gets you going and even do a few more

also before you start your sit ups find a piece of clothing your using as your goal so you can see it :D like a bikini or a dress
