yeah a lot of the same questions are posted by so many teens and it's really difficult to retype that if you type that same question just titled differently then instead of going to status it goes to the new post! cant spend the whole day just retyping the words, sorry been posted before re post your question on the nice bar where you see the cute little green button "find answers" :) I know it is annoying as hell...they should make a macro for that on here and cover it with some function button called "already answered, go to find answer!" :P
Your best bet at finding a job at 16 is at restuarants as a server then atleast you get tips, retail stores such as walmart, target, etc are always looking for cashiers, you can try clothing or retail stores in the mall, fast food places, believe it or not sonic carhops make amazing tips, at 16 your only going to get minimum wage because you dont have any work experience yet.
At 16, you need to drop the expectation that you'll be able to get paid good money doing anything. There are adults with more experience than you have making minimum wage and you can't expect to make more than that. You can look for jobs in grocery stores, fast food restaurants, video stores, etc, but nobody will pay you good money with no experience.
sweetie, i have said this 1000x before, I will repeat it again... if you haven't tried the unemployment agency in your state/town/location yet, then that is your best bet! also try your local papers for part time jobs... also try googling teenage jobs in your area!
something is bound to turn up either way!
Did you know -- if you search "teen jobs" in the upper search bar, you get (5851) results of the same question?
