Natural Childbirth

I am due on Christmas Eve and I want to do it all natural no drugs or anything, Has anyone done it all natual and if so can you give me some tips

I gave birth without drugs - my word of advice the faster you push the sooner it’ll be over and once he/she is out its a peice of cake :)

It hurts like — until the baby is out though. Also remember to focus on your breathing it will take your mind of thinking about the pain. :)

I had 3 children totally natural. The best thing you can do is to try and remember it’s the best thing for the baby. It will be hard, when those contractions become only a minute apart you’re going to wonder why you’re putting up with the pain, just remember it will be over and you won’t care what you went through.

Practice your breathing and try to breath through your contractions. If you tense up it will be worse. Have your partner rub your back during contractions. Also if the hospital you’re in has a jacuzzi tub then use it, it does help. Stay walking and try not to lie down too much, the more you walk the faster it goes.
