The trick is to work not just the glut max but the minimus and sides as well, there are 3 muscles. If you only target one (which most excersises do) you will have a flat butt.
Try to do leg lifts but cross your legs over.
Example
Get on all 4's and raise left leg straight out like you are kicking someone behind you.
Lift the left leg up over on a diagonal away from your body, then keep your leg fully extended and bring it down across your still bent right leg. Make that toe touch the floor on the other side of that down leg. So you are making a / line. Do that 10 times slowly, make sure you concentrate on keeping your chin up, arms straight, back straight and you should feel it. do 3 reps/day every other day. That way you work the top for the roudness, the sides for the curvature, and the middle for the plump. Also, try to increase your protine, try to eat peanutbutter on wheat so your body can build muscle.
You need to do different excises to build up the muscles in you but, like use a step climber or reverse leg curls and squats helps a lot too, so if you work on it regularly you should see results maybe in a month. and you can use stairs instead of a step climber if u don't have one. hope this helps
well, i guess your term of "ghetto booty" is big then uhmm everyone says i have a big butt its only becuase the curve in my back is so curved and very defined it just makes your butt bigger. unless you were not born with a curved back i guess you can do exercies.
a ghetto booty is just a butt with a lot of muscles that's why you get it from excising but some people are just born with it were as others have to work for it
Well first it's not called a "ghetto booty" and unless you naturally born with a large butt, you'll have to settle for exercising or implants.
so ghetto means from a poor neighbourhood and booty means an arse.
