How to ungauge your ears

so im gauging my ears.. is there anything I can put to calm the pain or for it to slide in faster?

please don’t be like why are yu doing them? there gross..

im just asking for simple questions and want simple answers..

warm water and rub your ears . thats how I do mne.

also dont gauge them to quckly try to wait at least 3 months for your first hole wound to heal then move up to the next gauge and dont skip gauges that will help
