Gas problems

I have a gas problem, and can’t eat certain foods. What can I do?? :(

You could have a small bowel problem, which you should get your doctor to check. If that is the case, your doctor can provide you with information about dietary requirements to keep you feeling healthy. It’s not an actual diet, because it just means eating less of the foods that cause problems. As long as you stick to it, you should be fine. Although in some cases, you may be prescribed medicine to help you keep your bowel under control, for example, mild laxatives, etcetera. But it’s nothing to worry about. Just make sure you see your doctor at some point to get to the bottom of the problem and get sorted. Good luck. =o)

Beano, as mentioned above, will deal with the sugars you can’t digest in bean type foods. If you’re lactose intolerant. pick up Lactaid, an enzyme that will allow you to digest milk and ice cream. Save us all!! lol

a lot of people have that problem. If you take this stuff called beeno it says take beeno before you eat and there will beeno gas. seriously it is called Beeno. :)

Wear loose underwear and pants…lol… You would want to impload…lol Seriously they have some products for that,check out your local drug store. Until then let er rip…lol…peace
