Well there is a way, you’ll have to keep objects related to the memory nearby because every time you remember something, your brain uses what’s readily available which is why we don’t have picture perfect memory to begin with.
But that might be a little tricky with some memories… It helps to write them down though :)

i when i was in school i used to picture the answer on written on the paper and it felt like i was cheating but i obviously wasnt lol also hearing something, writtening it down as you say and reading what you wrote will imbedd it in your brain
