Fujifilm S2000HD to PC

The Launcher for uploading photographs from Fujifilm S2000HD stops working according to the pop-up message from Microsoft which then goes to find a solution unsuccessfully. Camera and drivers all up-to-date and functionong properly. Anyone know how to keep the upload launcher (Exif Launcher 2) working - using Vista??
