You can friends, I don’t mean the add as friend option, but you can follow people, and meet friends, people here are nice.

You can be a follower to another user, or another user can be a follower of yours, but when you are following each other, you are “friends”.

Yes… he can, but I don’t think that is what he was asking. He said “Or is your following list pretty much your friends list?”…I basically told him yes, that is correct.
