You can find some on myspace tv, some on hulu.com, and others on youtube (clips at least). However, a lot of shows aren't online, but you can buy episodes on itunes.

You can also check out the network stations like ABC whom are showing their TV shows online for free. You just have to sit through more ads than you might like.
