Healthy foods. Anything that you think is unhealthy will cause you to break out/get more zits. So lay off the chips and pizza.. and mabye bring a bowl of cut up strawberries with mabye a sprinkle ( just a sprinkle ) of sugar on them to satisfy your snack temptation (: .. or mabye a salad. This doesn't mean you have to completely cut junk food out of your diet.. just limit it and throw a serving of something healthy with it to balance it out. Hope I helped!
It actually is true that food can cause breakouts. If you eat a big greasy cheeseburger one day, it wont cause anything.. but a constant diet of these foods will cause your skin to break out because it isn't getting the nutrients it needs. So, if you eat like this for a constant amount of time, you will see skin problems in a certian amount of time ( like you said.. 2 weeks )
It might have all the food groups, but it depends on what you put on it, and where the ingredients came from. Some pizzas have fake cheeses, and are extremely greasy and will make you break out. If you get a nice flat bread pizza with natural cheeses and fresh tomato sauce and mabye some veggies on it, it is healthier. But, not if you eat it everyday.
Many people believe it is certain foods that cause break outs which is actually not true at all. The breakouts you see now actually started two weeks ago. Break outs are a biological problem. Most break out treatments that work focus on how much stress the average person goes through on a daly basis and how much they sweat.

Any and all junkfood can lead to skin problems, as Hanna said correctly, what you put in your body can and will determine kinds of problems with certain skin conditions. There are other factors, but I'm only addressing the specifics of your question.
