  For breakfast I had 2 wheatabix with milk and sweetener on top.

  For dinner I had mild curry rice.

  For tea I had chick pea dahl and rice and for desert a vanilla flavoured mini milk ice cream.

  For supper I'll probably have a little bit of pasta :) Yum!

  I had a drinking-yoghurt for breakfast and Mexican chilli for dinner and now I've just eaten toast. Yeah, not much at all. But I haven't done much activity today so I probably don't need the food. And I'm trying to slim.

  So far I've had a bowl of Special K for breakfast, a Special K bar for snack, Potato chips and Mac 'n' Cheese for lunch. As for dinner I'm having ice cream :P
