I don’t think that is anything… If it is, it isn’t widely known. I have tried to look it up but nothing comes up.

I looked around a bit, and this is what I found:

There’s a rock band Named Flague. Flague is a surname. I found a few uses of “flague” as an alternate spelling for flag. I don’t know whether it’s used in error or not.
