Iam 231 and my goal is145 in two months any advice
firdt you need to realise that weight loss does NOT happen fast it happens GRADUALLY and it can take months to loose weight and see results not hours, not days, not weeks...MONTHS and your not going to loose over 100 pounds in 2 months its recomended that you loose about pound a week so to loose all that weight healthily it will take at elast a year healthy eating and regular exercise is the only right way to loose weight anything else will either damage your health make you gain all the weight back and then some or do both you should also first talk to your doctor ask him/her how much weight you need to loose to be in the healthy weight range for your age and height then ask if you have any problems that might stop you from loosing the weight (heart conditions for example) then to start loosing weight work towards exercising for at least 10-30 minutes a day start at 10 minutes then work your way up and eat healthy and try to switch any soda drinks, fruit juice drinks and energy drinks with water because there all full of sugar first you need to get familiar with exerscising dont just go out and start doing it because that could cause more problems start off slowly
Kickboxing! You can burn anywhere from 800-1000 plus calories in 1 class. Look it up! I'm going to start tomorrow! and go on a diet. I doubt you'll lose that much, but you can definitely lose a lot.
yeah, stop dreaming? unless you put on 90 pounds in 2 months, you're not going to be able to lose it in two months...
any advice
...yeah... give up... return to reality.
You can't even lose HALF that amount in 2 months.
