can u get fines and probation for stealing narcotics from a pharmacy?
If you’re lucky….you can do prison time for that.
You’ll get WAY more then just that. Thats illegal on many levels.
You get more than that - you ger major ja.il time. One its burglary and two its narcotics, thats a very serious charge and they dont take itt lightly in court.
You’d go to ja.il. -.- Please don’t tell me you did that…
Most likely, they won’t let you off with just a fine or probation. Most likely it will be ja.il/prison time…
Especially since you are over 18…

You can get in trouble for stealing ANYTHING, not just druugs. Think wisely before acting.
You realize to get ahold of narcotics, you’d actually have to break into the pharmacy? Because they’re not sitting there over the counter? And they’re narcotics. Which means a possession charge of having narcotics. Plus a burglary charge. Etc etc etc. So you’re looking at a whole list of charges.
