  if its funadvice, send the picture as an email to post@post.funadvice.com then go to picture on funadvice and it should say underneath the picture 'make this profile picture' or something lik ethat .

  What website are you trying to update your profile picture on? If you're referring to FunAdvice, it's not possible as you can only upload via URL, webcam or computer.
