What website are you trying to update your profile picture on? If you’re referring to FunAdvice, it’s not possible as you can only upload via URL, webcam or computer.

if its funadvice, send the picture as an email to [email protected] then go to picture on funadvice and it should say underneath the picture ‘make this profile picture’ or something lik ethat .
