Krav Maga is one of the most useful and realistic fighting styles out there. It is an Israeli Military Martial Arts used by the Israeli Army and Commandos. It's purpose is to disarm and immobolize your opponent by using any means necessary. It's also the same as Systema, the Russian counterpart.
Unlike MMA, Karate, and other fighting styles, there are no rules in Krav Maga or Systema. You are allowed to eye gouge, groin kick, break necks, bite, break any bones necessary to make the enemy unable to attack you. It's very useful, and teaches you how to survive in a REAL fight, not a sporting ring. There are no bouts, no rounds, no time limit, just survival techniques.
Compared to all the martial arts out there, Krav Maga and Systema are the most realistic ones to use because they don't involve complicated hitting rules, or any type of stance when fighting. It's simply, go in and survive. While I was in KM, I got kicked in the jaw by a HUGE guy and had no helmet. That shows how realistic it really is.
