Fighting or move on?

I use to talk to this girl about a month back. and I was about to ask her out but the she had to go so I didnt get the chance to. so I was planning on doing it tomorrow but then she just stop talking to me. and she already knew what I was going to ask and she wanted me to ask it but she had to go. but like 10 min ago I seen her walking into her house with another dude. I dont know if they dating or what. I think this is bull cause if she didnt had to go that one day I coulda ask. but yea I dont know what to do. trying to talk to her wont work cause she dont answer none of my call or text and she mostly ignore me now. if I try talking to that dude she was with ill probably end up fighting him.I dont know if I want to just forget about her and move on cause I really like her I even think she could be my soul mate. so yea any advice or tip or anything I cant decided on what to do thank
