Why do I feel my heart beat in my stomach?

I can even physically see it and I feel it much better than I do in my neck

your heart is still in your chest, but the beating reverberates everywhere. it can cause twitching too, around your wrists and neck. happens all the time. i doubt its any reason to fret.

I can feel it in my ears a lot when Im still. In my fingers, knees, stomach, and my lower legs. And in all my joints. Its not anything to worry about I dont think, it can just get irritating sometimes when your trying to sleep and can feel it in your ears, Or wherever else.
