Should I ask what kind of cancer my dad had?

I lost my dad to cancer 3 years ago. Now I want to ask the doctors what kind of cancer it was, should I be wondering or not?

Answer #1

Yes, you need to know for your family medical history….it could assist greatly in the treatment of any future medical problems.

Good Luck and God Bless !!

Answer #2

If you can talk to your family about it, they would know. You should know so that in the future you will be more aware of the medical history of your family. certain cancers and other diseases are genetic and so knowing more about them is always better then living in the dark.

Answer #3

Ask your family its not wrong or anything and you should be allowed o know he was your dad
