Why do my eyes burn when I have make-up on?

Weeelll I find out thatt my eyes usually burn whhen I wear cheap makeupp likee I used to use this eyeliner annd put it inside my waterline annd omg It burned all the time annd I felt likee I was squinting the whole dayy soo I jus started experimenting with different makeups so see which ones didn't burn. But if not thatt theen it coulld possibly be a form of an allergic reaction??

Highly sensitive eyes I suspect. I have the same issue. I'm a guy so I don't normally wear makeup but one time when someone put theatrical makeup on my face my eyes immediately started burning, got red and I could hardly keep them open

Could be that the makeup is drying your eyes really badly? Maybe you should give your eyes a break and let your lacrimal glands do their thing.

you may just have sensitive eyes so i would look for makeup that maybe contact wearers may use hope this helps
