How do I make designs around my eyes?

I’ve been ‘goth’ for about 3 years and I am wondering how do I make designs around my eyes? like what would I use?

im a bit of a goth well im more emo but i use black liquid eyelinner and ive got a glitter eyelinner after i put the black eyelinner on i put the glitter one on top and it looks really nice not too glittery and it looks emo-ish and goth-ish

Use liquid eyeliner yoo can do stars n swirls n hearts and all sorts i am goth too and i do it all the time its great just buy a liquid eyeliner (in any colour yoo want) and away yoo go its soo easy
