depending on where you go, the process can vary. they may ask you for a urine sample, take a blood sample and a swab culture of any thing unusual going on down stairs. if your female they may also want to do a pap smear.
If you mean what should you expect the doctors to do, then you should expect; to pee in a cup, blood tests, and a physical examination.
To get a urine test, some blood tests and also they might want to look at you in some private areas, meaby take some saples from there too.
