Excessive mastrabution

I have to mastrbute 3 to 4 times every day Iam really addicted to it I ve been doing it from the past 12 years atleast I would like to stop it but cant. any advice?

It seems since you’ve been doing it this long it has become more of a ritual than anything esle. Unless its negatively affecting your life, I dont see a reason for stopping. All guys do it, some do it more than you do in a day. Guys in a healthy sexual relationship even do it. They do have rehab type of places that will help with that but no need to waste your money on that. Its natural, everybody has either done it or still does. Screw it(no pun intended) have fun. Its life you only have one.
